Boost4Health Project

Boost4Health Grants have helped Kent-based, Adris Technologies Ltd. export!
Operations Director Rick Gunn, talks about how receiving a travel grant from this project has helped the company:

"Through KCC’s Boost4Health project, I had the pleasure of attending Medica 2017 the world’s largest trade show for medical devices and technology, to present the company Adris Technologies Ltd. and to showcase our PulseGuard brand to companies visiting the Boost4Health stand.
The Boost4Health Travel Grant of €500 allowed us to attend the event and the process to obtain this grant could not have been easier with Emily from the Kent team supporting us all the way.

The advantages gained by visiting Media cannot be overstated, the contacts and meetings that resulted from this event can be directly linked to the root cause of some strategic changes since 2017, allowing us to achieve significant growth into new areas of Europe. We are currently working with the Boost4Health project at KCC to secure market insight grants worth €3,000 for us to capitalise on the successes of attending Medica 2017."
If you are a Kent Life Science business you can apply for:
  •  Up to €500 for travel and accommodation costs to attend selected life science events in North West Europe.
  • Up to €3000 to help with ‘market insight’ activities such as market research or help to identify potential customers in mainland Europe.
  • Up to €5000 towards ‘validation’ activities to help with getting your device approved for use in a European country or to contract an ‘in-market’ expert in one of our partner markets.
The grants can be spent in any of our partner regions:
